Belco Construction has been a family run business whose roots reach back to the early 1970's, when John Beltrandi Jr. founded the original Belco Construction as a single family home development company, constructing many homes in Western Massachusetts.

In 1996, John Beltrandi III re-invented the company and expanded its services to include site development as well as new home construction.

Since 1998 John Beltrandi IV has expanded even further the services Belco provides by including site work and demolition, both commercial and residential. This part of the company has grown dramatically and now has accomplished many projects, both large and small, including full service septic and sewer work, as well as foundations and drainage. With a fleet of excavators, bobcats, loader, bulldozer, trucks and trailers, Belco can service any need that you may have.

With a vast knowledge of all aspects of the construction and general contracting business, there is no job too big or small for us to tackle.
